I’ve spent the last decade inside the world of e-commerce, working behind the scenes to grow purpose-driven brands in wellness, lifestyle, fashion, and sustainability.
Everywhere I looked, I saw the same thing: brilliant founders with amazing products, drowning in the day-to-day, stuck in a loop of guesswork, bad advice, burnout, and slow, inconsistent growth.
Most brands didn’t need more tactics. They needed to double down on what actually worked. Hint, hint: it's a channel that gives major returns yet is hugely untapped. You guessed it, the answer was emails! Specifically, retention and sales systems that supported the brand and the business at every stage of the customer's lifecycle.
